Out of Hours
GP Access Hub Appointments (Enhanced Access)
If your GP is fully booked, we have a local GP Access Hub that provides care to our patients.
Please ask reception to refer you to the hub to avoid waiting in A&E/ UCC or walk-in centre.
Kilburn GP Access HUB Appointments
If you cannot get an appointment with your own GP Practice, ask for a GP Access HUB appointment.
- Mixture of GP, Nursing and Healthcare Assistant appointments
- Your GP Practice can book the appointment for you.
- You can also phone NHS 111.
- You can call 020 3875 7149 to book yourself
- GP Access Hubs have access to your medical records where needed.

How to get there
Public transport
There is on-street pay & display parking on surrounding roads such as Kilburn Park Road and surrounding streets.
Life Threatening
Call 999 or go to A&E now if:
- you or someone you know needs immediate help
- you have seriously harmed yourself – for example, by taking a drug overdose
A mental health emergency should be taken as seriously as a medical emergency.
Urgent But Not Life Threatening
Visit an urgent care centre if:
- You have an urgent medical issue requiring on the day attention
Non-Urgent
Use NHS 111 if:
- You need help now, but it’s not an emergency
There will be someone to provide you with advice and to direct you to a clinician if it is necessary.
