Welcome to Staverton Surgery Online

The doctors and staff at Staverton Surgery in London are proud to offer the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare.  We run call and recall services for the management of chronic diseases such as asthma and diabetes and offer a wide variety of other medical services including antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgery, childhood vaccinations and well-person check-ups.

In addition to everything you need to know about the practice you will also find a wealth of health-related information in the menu on the right hand side. We accept registration if you live within about a mile radius of the practice. There is disabled access to the building, but some consulting rooms are upstairs. For further details and advice on our catchment area and physical access, please ask at reception

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

To continue receiving text messages from Staverton Surgery - you will need to OPT In by answering START to a text message you should have received

Changes in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) mean that from May 2018 you will need to ‘opt in’ if you wish to continue to receive text messages from the surgery.  If we have your up to date mobile number you should have received a text message during the last month asking you to answer ‘START’ to continue to receive appointment reminders or text messages or ‘STOP’ to stop receiving them.

Unless you reply START, according to the new laws coming in on May 25th 2018, we will no longer be able to send you appointment reminders or text messages.

If you have not received a text message yet, please update your consent information by contacting the practice admin team via email at or by calling reception

Patient Access: How to Access 'on-line' services

To access our on-line services please call into the surgery and ask for your pin number and access ID  from our reception team.

You then need to click on our Patient access banner above and follow the registration instructions. Once registered you will be able to make appointments, request repeat prescriptions, view your immunisation record and view your test results. If you have any problems please contact the practice and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.

Consulting GP Services through a Mobile Phone App

Please Note: Patients should be aware that if you consult GP services via a Mobile Phone app, this may result in you being de-registered with Staverton Surgery. This is NOT us removing you as a patient, but by consulting this service you are effectively registering with them as a provider. Therefore by registering at another practice, your notes will be removed from our system and there is a theoretical delay in retrieving them should you decide to register back with Staverton Surgery
